My family loves Chipotle. We seek them out on road trips and are always pleased with food quality and freshness. HOWEVER, the location in Peninsula town centre is FAR FROM POLITE and the servings of everything is lean to say the least. Even when extra of an ingredient is ordered and payed for, the amount is equivalent to a normal serving at every other Chipotle we visit.

There were quite a bit of people in there as was expected but the line went quickly. My daughter and I both ordered the chicken bowls. They are very generous with the portions. They were out of fajita veggies but brought a cup to my table once they were ready. I did have to take a star away because the tables were really dirty. I had to let one of the associates know that the dining area needed attention but other than that no complaints here!

The service was excellent and prompt. Food was great and a good value for the cost.The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The particular time period was around dinner time and the line was not bad. The options for customizing your order remains to be one of the reasons this is such a great place to eat. Not bad for fast food. I get the bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, sour cream, guacamole and another vegetarian protein item. Some days I get the spicy and other days the medium. You walk down the assembly line while they put your food together.

This location will randomly not let customers in and only accept online orders where you have to wait outside for your food. It would be nice if a customer was aware of this before placing an order through the app. When it’s 35 degrees and raining, waiting outside for food is a pass for me.

I've been here three times. Two times service speed was fine and food as expected. Third time service and line speed was very slow. I barely moved from the spot I lined up in for 5 minutes.nnUpdate: Been here a good number of times now.. Consistently one of the worse Chipotles I've frequented among different areas I've lived in. Not only are the line workers typically slow and give you slightly smaller than average portion sizes, the location is frequently busy with decent crowds all exchanging fumes next to the takeout shelf. Is this going to stop me from coming back? No. Chipotle is Chipotle, but this one ranks low.
