**update the assistant manager called me personally and apologize they're training new people and sometimes they forget to look if the order has sides so I guess it's to be continued**the pizza it comes out good never burned. The worst thing is that when you ask for delivery pay for the delivery and tip the person then you sit down to eat to find they forget your ranch sauce or the extra sauces you pay for. So they try to correct it by giving you a free medium 2 topping pizza but then again forget the ranch sauce. But like I said the pizza is always great there.
The best pizza experience I’ve had in a long time. Fast delivery and fresh ingredients. Hats off to Darius and Hunter for exceptional customer service.
I drove 12 minutes in the other end of Hampton seeking a better Domino’s then the one on Mercury Blvd., and I am SO GLAD I did! This one was an awesome experience starting with THE MOST important first point of contact - The Phone Convo. “Tony” gave me THE BEST feeling of trusting their service - EVER! Personable AND professional! Attention to detail as he repeated my order. And, then, once he discovered I was already in the parking lot, he expedited my order. He brought it out to me (social distancing practiced) and was extremely polite. And to sum it up - THE PIZZAS WERE DELICIOUS! Such Great flavor, Hot and cooked to perfection! KUDOS, TONY!
