This place sucks. If you buy something here you better make sure you want it because you won’t get your money back if you try to return. I don’t know why you would anyway since they’re so overpriced
Chris knows his stuff he helps customers keeps a clean store,works on machines works answers the phone guy deserves a raise the owner needs to stop being such a tight wad and give him some help though. Overall the best store to go to out of all the pressure works shops
I've purchased a lot of cleaning products from Pressure Works and recently commissioned them to build my newest pressure washing trailer. The customer service was fantastic and the trailer build was exceptional! I highly recommend using them! Ask for Chris or Tim!
Very professional and friendly staff. I stopped by to ask a question and thought maybe I would order a part. The staff quickly identified what I needed and was in stock, installed the part, and tested it to make sure everything worked well. It was a pleasure doing business with Pressure Works, Inc. I'll definitely go back to PWI the next time my pressure washer needs parts or service!
Website said they were opened Saturday..I drove 45 plus miles to get to the store only to find out they were completely closed, they didn't even open on Saturday. I decided to go back days later to purchase chemicals I told the manager chris what happened and all he did was laugh. No apology, no discount, nothing! Unprofessional way to do business!
