Sanitary linen charges two dollars to charge your credit card with each delivery. Sanitary linen agreed to keep our credit card on file and charge it with each delivery. There were no trash fees for about six months and things went smoothly with the exception of bringing small flying sewer bugs with towels. Six months into the contractnSanitary began to wait until the bill was over due before running our card. Then, we would incur a late charge of 2.00 dollars when they ran it. To add insult to injury they would add another two 2.00 fee to process the charge card. This fee was added with no disclosure to us, (But it was covered in the Lease that they can charge anything they want) So we were receive 4.00 dollars per deliver of fake charges that were never disclosed to us. I never noticed the fees until the driver began telling my manager that we were over due and would not delivery towels without cash. Which was crazy because Sanitary Linen was supposed to be charging the card, so how could we be overdue. I would call and try to straighten out the problem. I would be told all was good. They began claiming we were only turning 6 towels in a two week period when we use more than 6 towels per day. Then the next we they would claim we turned in over 100 to go over our limit so they could charge an extra fee. After meeting with the manager and recounting inventory and being told everything was fine, the very next bill had all the trash fees on it Again. I now know why they make you sign a three year lease because after one year of this nonsense I afraid I am just going to have to break lease and contact my attorney. Piece of advise, if you are a restaurant you do not want these towels.nPS These towels bring in sewer flies and the only way we could get rid of them was to keep the towels out side after soaking them in bleach.
