$72 later and my eight items I had “cleaned” came back smelling like your great grandma’s closet. Take your clothes elsewhere if you don’t want to smell like mothballs. Never going again.

Ridiculously high prices, even if poor service service. Surprised this place is still in business. Bad attitude when you walk in the door.

Place is awful, price is high so they price gauge on higher income employees in the area. Employee who works there doesn’t have the competence to relate message clearly. Everything you hear about this place is accurate.

Had a terrible experience today! My Burberry down coat was destroyed! There are holes everywhere on the coat. It was in excellent condition when I dropped it off for cleaning on Tuesday! I trusted them so didn't check when I picked it up this afternoon! Now the coat is totally destroyed. So upset!!!!!

If you want quality service and good prices, look elsewhere. After taking in 6 shirts and being told by the employee that they'd be $2.95 each for regular shirt laundry and light starch, they charged $12.85 each. For plain white uniform shirts... Add to that, they closed early on Thursday, June 22nd, 2017. So after driving 40 minutes in heavy traffic just to pick up my order before work the next day, they were closed before the posted closing time (1830, listed on both the front door and their website).nnNothing but a bunch of lazy, deceptive thieves. I'll never go here again.
