My 3 stars are for the washing machines there. In my trip this morning I was pleased that two oversized washers were available and in good working order. However, when I put nine quarters into a drier that ended up being out of order, the 'attendant' said she could not refund my quarters and I should have let her know. I looked all over and no-one was there! How was I supposed to know that she was sleeping in a white car right outside the laundromat!
Clean laundry mat, very nice customer service. Reasonable hours and prices.
The bathroom is out of order. Has been for a month or more. The machines barely work. And the lady is always in her car. Never in the store.
Completely rude! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will be reporting this place to BBB and the woman working behind the counter.
