I have never had a worse service experience. I was told when I dropped off my clothes it would take two weeks - after I arrived I was told another week. And then another week. They have had my 5 sweaters for a month and a half now and are still not ready for pickup. In this time they have said two different machines broke down and have not called to let me know any of this... just wait until I come in when they tell me my clothes will be ready to tell me they have no idea when it will be done.nI strongly recommend you find another dry cleaner to use
Michael's Fine Dry Cleaning is the best I have ever encountered. I have a treasured cap that was laden with sweat and soil...it was a mess. I took it to two different dry cleaners in Kirkland...one tried, but I saw very little change; the other failed to try, saying nothing could be done. Michael's was last my hope...and I was not disappointed. He made it look brand new!!! He said one must put the time in to satisfy customers.
Michael's Fine Dry Cleaning is amazing. I going here for years, even though it's a little bit far for me. They do a great job.
