First time in to this store and I was ignored. I tried to get a person's attention but kept working even when I asked louder.
Nice people, good job with my sweater.
They advertise same day service, but it isn't true. I arrived at 9am on the dot, and they said I was too late. I do not know how you can claim you offer same day cleaning when you won't take a sweater at the beginning of the normal work day. Although this location is close to where I work, I will not use a company that offers false advertising.
Im very disappointed! I asked the lady if the prices will be the same for the same dresses and she assured me that she will charge me same amount! I came home and checked and omg each dress is 4$ more and 1 dress was $18.45? Seriously??? I hope someone will call me and explain what happened!
