Bakker's Fine Dry Cleaning

A white button was chipped when I picked up a white blazer. They said that I brought the blazer in chipped. Which I know is not true. It is a 1 inch button the front of the blazer and of I had chipped it I would notice. Nordstrom will replace the button free of charge. However, Baker’s Find Dry Cleaning refused to cover the cost of dry cleaning the garmet, wrongfully accused me of having broken the button and lied about being the ones to chip the button. If I had known about the broken button why would Beth the manager have left a note telling me about the button?

Had one great experience and one not so great experience. Won't be going back.
