Really happy with the service we booked via Groupon. Carpets look like new and the whole process was easy and professional. They were on time and met us at the door wearing a mask. I would definitely book this service again. Professional, great value and although the carpets are still drying, I can see the result looks great! (We have near white carpet too so that’s impressive!)

NOTHING BUT SNAKE OIL. We booked with Groupon. They had next day service. We were happy. They came early that was also great. They showed up in a Prius. I asked about the lack of equipment and was told they use a low moisture cleaning technique. He told me that it was much more efficient and much better for the environment. So we said ok. The reviews were good so why not. Next thing I know he is spraying my carpet with a pump sprayer. Next he gets out a electric brush machine. Went over the carpet with that for a bit and then said he was done. I said I wasn't really happy with the results. The guy didn't care. Just said that he couldn't get the high traffic areas that great. I then noticed that we had chunks of carpet all over our floor. He said sorry that happens. Then just asked for the groupon code and left. In the end it was the biggest waste of money ever and I would not recommend this to anyone. PS hours later THE STAINS ARE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys are complete carpet care were very fast and efficient, while managing expectations about high traffic areas in my light carpets. They got all the spots out and were able to lighten the traffic areas, and were super quick.

I found a great offer from them and having never tried this company it was to good to pass up so I booked it. They had openings the very next day! Less than 24 hours from thinking “I should get my carpets cleaned” Mark was already finished. He was even available to come earlier.nCarpets look great! I will definitely use them again.
