El arrived on time after providing a reminder text. He was courteous, professional and thorough. We upgraded with the deodorizer and stain protection in the basement. I'm glad we did. The carpets look and smell great! Bonus that is eco and people friendly products! We will return again to Be Green.
Not professional and horrible customer service! If you’re cleaning the carpets before a move out DO NOT USE THEM. They texted me to cancel my appointment hours before they were supposed to show up and told me to call the office to reschedule the next day. I was moving in the next 2 days and needed the appointment. The office said that their other techs were at jobs in a city 45 minutes from me and couldn’t make it. They left me no time to find someone else. Absolutely the worst experience. Find someone else to clean your carpets.
The Technician let me know he was running slightly behind, showed up at the time he said he would and promptly got started working. I was advised of any recommendations for the treatment of my carpet and shortly thereafter thoroughly cleaned the space. My house was well respected and I'm happy to have clean carpet. Overall interaction was professional and courteous. I couldn't be much happier.
Something had came up on there end on the initial day that they were supposed to come out but I received a message for rescheduling. They came out the next day and was early! He was amazing and his work was great. it was very easy to get ahold of someone when I called to reschedule and they worked with me! I will definitely be using them again!
Super satisfied!!! Definitely will be using again. My technician was super fast and efficient!
