Been going here for years. Shirts come out perfect every time.nnPressing can be hard on dress shirt sleeve buttons, but I find they last longer here than at previous places we used to use.

I called the Burberry store in Bellevue to get a recommendation on where to clean my Burberry trench which is made out of a unique waterproof cotton. The store manager recommended Palazzo. I dropped off my trench and was stunned at the excellent condition that it came back in. I would definitely recommend Palazzo for treasured items of a delicate fabric.
