Helena's Cleaners - Bellevue

Stay away from this place no matter how lazy you are feeling and wishing that you could go to a wash and fold.nnWow...just wow. Never received worst customer service ever until this place.nnI was on the hunt for a wash and fold place near my work and thought why not give this place a try. I travel a lot for work and just needed extra time to my day. I dropped off the clothes Monday and received a stating that my clothes were ready on Thursday. Went to the store but the clothes weren't there...so then the girl arranged for my clothes to be delivered Friday the next day and I thought okay! Great! Well the clothes never arrived...so I called and spoke to a nice gentleman who had tried looking for the order. He said there was a miscommunication and the clothes should be there soon. The clothes still never came so I called back and spoke to a nice girl named Kendall who then said my clothes would be delivered back to the store and ready for pickup Saturday morning. I wasn't going to drive to Bellevue and thought okay I'm just going to pick up the clothes after work on Monday. Guess what...my clothes are no where to be found.nnI then asked if I could speak to a manager and the girl, Samantha said there was no manager on duty and she could not give out his phone number. I got his email instead but let's be honest...that manager is not going to call me.nnIf I have to drive back to this store one more time to be told my clothes are still not there...then wow.nnI even explained to the girl working there that the app did not have clear notes for the clothes - Ready should mean that the clothes are ready for pickup and that the clothes are in transit or something.nnFingers crossed I some day get my clothes back.nnIt's been over a week and I still do not have my clothes back. No one wants to be held accountable. No one will give out the manager's number. No one is taking action to locate my order. I just keep getting the runaround. I try to call the store to ask if my clothes are there so I don't have to keep driving back but they say yes the clothes will be there but there are never there to pickup....

Great experience at Blue Sky! The lady helping at the front was very kind and professional and the service was very quick. Would definitely return!

Service is very friendly and efficient. Only drawback is I could not schedule a pickup on the website using my mobile device. A tad pricy as well but clothes come back refreshed.

Very friendly staff, great job cleaning my coat and got the neck stains out. Seamless transaction. Liked the emailed status updates too. Love that there’s no chemicals in the cleaning process. Competitively prices as well. Will definitely be taking my dry cleaning here again.

We moved and they are not sending our clothes that they delayed delivering. CAUTION! DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!
