I’ve been using Puritan for at least 5 years now for dry cleaning pick up at my house. Shannon is my route manager and is awesome. When they started offering laundry service she gave me a call personally to let me know. There have been days where I mistakenly left laundry or dry cleaning out on the wrong day and Shannon has gone out of her way to pick up my items if I’m in a pinch. Is HIGHLY recommend their dry cleaning and laundry pick up services. You don’t have to do anything but leave your clothes out for them! It’s a dream for a busy working mom :)
I left something to be cleaned & completely forgot about it for several months (didn’t even remember what it was, but knew I had something to pick up!). Drove up, apologized that I didn’t have receipt, and they came right out with a smile & a pair of pants. Phew! Great customer service!!
Was a first time customer a week ago and I must say that I was impressed with the amazing customer service experience that I had. We brought in a white comforter to Puritan cleaners that had a lot of stains on it from our dog. The folks at Puritan got out every stain and they couldn't have been nicer when dropping off and picking up. Would highly recommend!
