Excellent service! I bring any new pants to be hemmed (most pants are too long for me because of how short I am), and then I have the pants dry cleaned. They’re always very prompt and friendly. If I need any of my old favorite clothes that need some stitching it always comes back looking brand new.

Bring your tailoring elsewhere! I had them hem my daughter’s bridesmaid gown which cost $50. The woman in the shop pinned it properly. I had stressed I did not want it touching the floor. However, it was hemmed too long so I asked if they could fix the hem (it needed to be 1.5 to 2 inches shorter). The owner/seamstress refused to acknowledge that it was done incorrectly even though their employee, pinned it and agreed with me that it was not the length that she pinned or that I wanted. The owner said she would re-hem the gown at another full price charge of $50. Paying $100 for a hem is ridiculous and they should be ashamed at how they treat their customers. I will never go back! This happened in the Chesterfield location, but is the same owner as Midlothian location.

Consistently friendly staff. Prices and quality of cleaning the same as all the other places. Can do 24 turnaround if you are in a pinch.
