I rarely have anything that needs dry cleaning, but I own a faux fur comforter that had been used by a smoker for years and I wanted to finally have it cleaned. The man at the counter told me that although it was marked as a dry cleaning item, that would leave a chemical smell and said they could wash it and dry it in a large moisture controlled dryer. I agreed, left it on a Monday and it was ready Thursday as promised. It smells great now, came out perfectly fine and for the $30 cost I felt it was worth it. It is way too large to wash myself, and is also a high end comforter made from Tissavel faux fur , not something you would find in a discount store, so I was worried but I would trust them with any of my dry cleaning now . I haven't used other cleaners to know if the $30 was good or not, but this comforter covers a queen size bed. Their location right at the intersection of RT10 and Jeff Davis is also perfect with Hobby Lobby and Burlington in the same center.

I took my daughters prom dress to get altered the young lady that works in the evening was very polite, then the owners were very nice and price was reasonable, dress was ready on time and fit my daughter perfectly stunning work of the lady who made the alterations. We will definitely bring our business here again! Thank you for making my daughter happy with her dress for this memorable prom night❤ufe0f!

I've been getting my clothes dry cleaned with Manchesters for 5 years without one hiccup. I will also occasionally use their 'wash and fold' when I have larger loads I didn't have time to do during the work week. This isn't Puritans, Bobby actually cares about his customers.nnAbout a year ago I moved to Northern Virginia and haven't found a cleaners that compares yet. If I ever need one of my suits cleaned I wouldn't trust anyone else.nnIf you're looking for a full service cleaners, you'll be hard pressed finding one that compares to Manchester Cleaners.

My husband asked me to drop his laundry he gave me Specific Instructions to tell them what to do with some of his clothing the Asian lady that assisted me was very rude treated me like she didn't have time to talk to me but I was the only one in the building told me I had to dump the clothes out of the cloth sack they was in and I told her I was dropping them off for my husband and I wasn't aware that I had to dump the sack because I've been in here before and they never made me do that before she cut me off every time I tried to speak and print it out the slip and handed it to me and said thank you I was very disgusted at the way I was treated don't think I'll go there again disappointed however I haven't been treated like that but any of the other employees so far I think I just happened to get a bad employee this time don't feel she should work with the public treating me like she was doing me a favor just by speaking to me what little she did say
