Took some shirts in last week. No problems at all. Will continue doing business with them soon.
I took in my leather jacket for a dry cleaning after my dog peed on it (my fault, not the dog's). The jacket is a bomber-style, fighter-jock type, and the leather came out looking good - but they stretched out the waistband fabric material, making it look really ugly. I'm not sure it can be repaired. I cannot imagine why or how they would mess up the waistband like they did. They messed up an otherwise fine job of cleaning the leather by ruining the waistband.
Took my clothes for dry cleaning and got them back with white spots on several shirts. This store ruined about $200 of clothes
