Horrible service! The workers are kids and don’t care about your vehicle and are so in a rush to finish and go to the next car. Still had dirt in my floors, interior was not wiped down. I had to say something to the workers. After I did, it still was not done. Talked to the manager Luis... for no reason because he said they did they best! WOW!

Vacuuming has always been less than desirable. Staff are great, friendly but for 30 bucks and a tip they should actually vacuum the floorboards and dash. Ive never had a good vacuum there. The ownership says they address the issues when responding to negative reviews but apparently they still haven’t fixed the bad vacuum quality.nnSame result, different day. Shouldn’t need a “second look.”

I called them when they had very little staff available however they accommodated me...Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use them in the future

This place is awful! Paid for the top car wash package and I could have done better myself driving to a self serve car wash. They did not vacuum the car good, they did not wipe the inside down (even the drink cup holder was not clean out and it is removable). Spots were on the outside window, so they did not even wipe the windshield off!!!!! What a waste of money. I only gave the one star, because you have to give something in order to leave a review.

Do you answer your facebook messages? I was there today to get a basic wash and when my car came out the person who pulled it out then disappeared. I paid at 11:12, at 11:40 I had to ask if anyone was going to finish my car as all the other cars were finished and left. at 11:50 I had to ask again and no one seemed to know why my car was not done. 2 young men who had just arrived at work jumped in and finished my car, I left around noon. This was terrible and no one even offered my a refund, which they should have. - UPDATE - I tried to call, no answer and the mailbox is full. . . .now what
