Fantastic practice! I’ve never been really fond of any health care provider, always having felt like I was just being shuffled along and treated like a number on a financial spreadsheet. But then I visited Dr. Shah and for the first time i was shown compassion and care, and I truly felt heard and understood. Over the next 18 months I would come to know many of the wonderful staff there and it has since become the place I entrust to take care of all my health needs.nI couldn’t be happier with the level of care I have received and I give the practice and all its staff my highest recommendation.

My name is Ashley Mayo, just moved here from PA, I saw the NP once who I’m very pleased with so far but I am so incredibly impressed with her nurse, Kara!nI have been in a bind with getting paperwork completed from PA and she has gone above and beyond to help, from day one. My old practice is telling me it could take up to 4 weeks to get records sent but Kara has not only kept me updated almost daily but she has also reached out to expedite the process and making sure I know that I haven’t been forgotten. This isn’t even about my health but about my well-being so it speaks volumes about how she treats everyone in general, much less her patients who are needing medical needs. Those two are quite the team and it’s been refreshing to witness first hand. Kind, HILARIOUS, empathetic and genuine! Highly impressed!

I love VitalCare! As soon as I came in I was greeted by Taryn who was so awesome, nice, and professional! She made me feel really welcome. The doctor I seen Dakota was all I could’ve asked for! Super nice and really listened to my concerns. Will definitely be sticking with them for my primary health!

My husband and I are both now patients of this practice and have been very satisfied with the quality and level of care, customer service and appointment availability. We see one of the nurse practitioners, Caitlin, and she is fabulous! She takes the time to really listen to you and work on finding the best treatment for your situation. We decided to switch to this practice a few months ago and could not be happier. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Vital Care! Every provider is absolutely amazing and very genuine. I see Michelle Maggi the NP and she's so amazing and listens to everything and provides amazing feedback and options. Vital Care also has an Absolute Dermatology and Virginia Eye Spec on top of that they offer Behavioral Health Therapy! it really is an all in one :)
