Poor quality and attention to detail. The trim work and drywall installation are subpar. They will not follow-up on 90-day or 1-year warranty.nnFloor installation is subpar. Don't allow the flooring to acclimate to the home. Paid top dollar for hardwood but received engineered hardwood.nnThe driveway wasn't designed for proper water runoff. The vinyl around the dormer became detached in less than a year of living in the home.nnThe layout is excellent. However, the master bedroom closets in the Savanah model aren't equipped for women's evening or formal wear.

Building a home can be stressful and filled with emotion and having a builder that does what they say they are going to do and demostrates ingerity is essential to a positive experience and outcome. Finer Homes and thier staff deserve high marks for their customer service and quality workmanship. They have been a pleasure to work with over the years.
