The Lucy Corr campus is beautiful, and the team provides excellent care to its residents. They are professional, attentive, and accommodating - knowing residents by their first name and understanding their individual needs. Highly recommend!

I understand why people are giving bad reviews. I became concerned about staff efforts to keep the place in shape,when my great grandmother was there, we constantly saw bugs around the building. On one occasion I saw a huge beetle so close to the dining room. I was astonished that the staff was not caring for this problem. The germs bugs such as ticks carry can harm residents.Another thing I did not like about the staff was how they treated the residents. Yes, they were always very kind and positive when we were there but what about behind the scenes ? I hope it was same treatment around the clock. Because of this I do not recommend Lucy Corr. And I know she would be highly disappointed in what the facility she was named after had become.

I have been greatly saddened of what my sister has been going through. I am filled with concern.nI went to Lucy Corr hoping for a home for my sister. I went the whole nine yards of giving everything needed to place her in this facility.nI went there to speak with the director. She had all the necessary papers. She was busy and told me to call her the next morning.nI did to no avail. There were several calls that were not returned ... several. My heart hurts because of this. I can't imagine any family trying to put their love one in a place so uncaring.
