I called and they were busy. I requested a call back. They call me back and I tell the woman what is wrong. She then proceeds to send me back to the menu where we pick what we department we need. I was surprised I even got a call back. The last 3 times I requested one, they never called back. If it weren't for the fact that it is the only office near me, I would never go back.
By far Jean Jun has given me the best Dr experience ever. I highly recommend her!!!! ❤
I don’t recommend Johnson Health Center. They lied in order to setup a virtual visit under false pretenses and proceeded to bill me $243 for 5 minutes of non medical.nnNo response after complaining and escalating to a supervisor - 3 weeks ago. No minutes or proof of any treatment.nnThey only cared about making money, not providing health care.
Dr. Sridhar is the best!
I called about my one month old they have seen twice now for a cough so bad she keeps turning blue.nI waited FOUR AND A HALF HOURS with no call back. I had to call again 30 minutes before closing for them to tell me THEY COULDNT GET IN TOUCH WITH ONE NURSE OR DOCTOR TO HELP ME. NOT ONE? ALL DAY?nI hope this place gets shut down.
