Greg treated me like I was his only customer. He helped me look at all different angles such as the home is lovely, but has an aging HVAC system to be aware to budget for- not deterring a purchase but helping me make a balanced decision. He also intuitively knew of all the homes we toured, which home was the one I wanted . He encouraged without making a recommendation or pushing it one way or the other. He was patient and present throughout the entire process.nI ended up getting the exact home I wanted. I am truly grateful for his expertise and guidance all the way. Couldn't recommend more.

If I could give Greg more than 5 stars, I would! We utilized his services to buy our first home and Greg and his team made the entire process as stress-free as it can be. Greg was always very quick to respond to questions or requests and always made time to talk through any concerns we had during the process. If you need a realtor, you can't go wrong with Greg and his team!

Greg Parker was exceptional to work with in selling our condo. He was very knowledgeable in regard to the location, and easily worked with us although we live 200 miles away. Everything was handled on time and his friendly staff was also available whenever necessary, via email. He is such a great guy and he found us the perfect buyer in 4 days! Thanks, Greg!

Greg is extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced. We searched with him for our first house and he understood what we wanted and was, above all, patient, while we looked at dozens of homes.
