I met Tom in 2003 not fully understanding what went into purchasing a home. I appreciated the time Tom took from his busy schedule to explain the procedures to me knowing that I did not have the money to begin my search. I was grateful and ended the conversation that when I was ready to purchase I would contact him. Fast forward 14 years... If you are looking for the best realtor, look no further Tom Higgins is the best realtor! He is extremely professional, very responsive, hands on and has a wealth of real estate knowledge for his clients. He helped us every step of the way and he never made you feel like you were bothering him. We saw numerous houses and his patience and determination to find us our perfect home was unbelievable! I cannot say enough about Tom!
