Frani and her team at Keller Williams are the absolute BEST. Over the past 2 years of searching for our first home, she kept in constant communication, took us to every home we needed to see and answered all of our questions. Being grateful for everything that she has done for us doesn’t even scratch the surface. Most important thing is that she knows her stuff! She would provide smart and experienced based opinions without ever being biased. Every choice we made was without pressure and always the right one because of her guidance. Thank you for making our dreams a reality!

Frani is an experienced realtor that listens to her clients. She was ever so patient in my search for the perfect home. Frani was very responsive to my calls and was excellent in walking me through the home buying experience step by step without over whelming me. I feel obligated to comment on the other reviews below as they are simply not true. Frani absolutely doesn't discriminate against Veterans applying with a VA loan. I know this from experience. It seems Anthony DiFondi was trying to take advantage of the VA process and didn't get his own way. Then in attempt he seems to have friends and family members slander a very professional realtor. Pathetic and you should be ashamed of yourself Anthony. You can be sure that when that complaint goes to HUD there will be a few of us veterans that will be standing in support of Frani.

Frani and her clients discriminate against Veterans who use their VA Home Loan benefits. We placed an offer on a house. Her and her clients countered and we agreed to everything, except putting 10K more down. They then countered and raised the price because they don't want to deal with the VA. She told us to resubmit our offer again and now won't respond at all. She is the epitome of a unprofessional realtor. I recommend that you never use her. Veterans served to protect the rights of people in this country and should not be treated this way. Frani is a horrible agent!

Based on my experience with this agent, she has allowed and in my opinion, encouraged her sellers to discriminate against military disabled Veterans. We have filed a complaint against her with HUD and will be pursuing further action. It is my opinion that her actions and practices are unethical. UPDATE: This agent had an attorney send us a Cease and Desist letter to try and bully us into taking down our reviews. Also, this Seth Lawlor, who just wrote a review for this agent, obviously is a friend or family member of Frani Morrione. I highly doubt this person is a Veteran as he says he is. I even doubt this is his real name. Funny thing is, our agent said Frani told her that she hasn't dealt with or had experience with VA loans in many, many years. As much as VA loans are so common in this market, not having experience with this type of loan in many years self explains that she dissuades clients to deal with buyers using a VA loan.
