Jeff came recommended from my brother who had previously purchased a home with him a few years ago. I would also highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a home, but especially for first time home buyers. Jeff really took the time to connect and understand exactly what I was looking for. He's very knowledgeable about house and property details and always took the time to point out things and explain specifics in each home that as i first time home buyer i would never have known to consider. I felt like I learned something new with every house we looked at. Jeff also made sure to educate me on the current market so when the time came to put in my offer i was confident and didn't question myself. Once we got to the purchasing process he was always on top of all deadlines and helped thoroughly explain everything as we went along. Overall I had an amazing experience working with Jeff. His passion in his work shows and i believe anyone looking to purchase a home would benefit from working with him.

We used Jeff Palmer to both buy and sell our PA home. He is great at communicating and he helped us every step of the way. He is timely, attentive, and knows the local market very well. When selling our home, he helped us to arrive at a fair asking price and did a great job with marketing. Our house sold in the amount of time he predicted. He always kept us well informed and he was very helpful with all the details of closing. We are so grateful to have had Jeff on this journey with us!! We highly recommend him.
