I was buying my first house with my fiancee during the pandemic. Mary was on top of housing stuff even when it was shut down (although we couldn't do visits due to gov orders). Mary helped us find the perfect home for our budget and was super responsive, even getting back to me late in the night.

I own a rental property in King of Prussia. In the span of the last 8 years, Mary has consistently provided me with timely and excellent guidance to maximize my investment. I am not a position to babysit my clients and need to financially realize the best potential of the landlord experience. What Mary has done for me is this. She makes sure the tenants I have are going to work out well for me and has encouraged me to invest wisely in the property to continue to operate at a profit. She is timely, wise and kind in delivering quickly what she promises and I recommend her highly. I consider her a good friend as well. She is the real deal.

Mary helped us both sell our first home (in only a few days!) and purchase our current family home. She made the process easy by providing us with specific timelines and keeping us on track. When it came time to put in an offer, she helped us submit a successful offer for a house that had 4 other offers! She was not only very knowledgeable, answering any questions we had, but was also pleasant and friendly, and we truly enjoyed our time with her. I would strongly recommend Mary to anybody looking for a realtor in her area!
