Hamburgers are great, shakes are even better. Nice people, fast service. Sometimes fries can be too salty.
Huh - I go to five guys about once a week - but this was my first time at this location. I ordered late at 9:30pm. I waited about ten minutes for them to make the fries and find the salt which I guess was missing. Otherwise it was nice service and friendly.
It's got one of the best quality in burgers, juicy meat with a lot of flavour. Milkshakes are amazing. Fries are decent, sometimes overcooked but its thickness makes them taste nice. Restaurant can smell a lot so it's uncomfortable to eat inside. Packaging for burgers is very greasy and messy.
The staff were good guys. They are clean and efficient. Very organized and put together. Made my experience better then any other 5 guys thanks!!
The burgers are GOOD, very tasty. But not really worth the prices. For a $1 or 2 more you could get an excellent burger WITH FRIES at a decent sit-down restaurant. Their fries are basic (lack seasoning and over salted) and grossly over priced. Over $4 for a small fries??nSorry, but this chain is in need of an update as they're just Hanging on to their 90's success (and look).
