Even though we didn't have an emergency like we thought and we have a type of heater he doesn't work on, he went above and beyond to give us the help we needed at 11pm. Excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much.

Rocky and his assistant came to the house for our annual tune up before the snow flies. We had an issue I addressed to Rocky upon his arrival. Rocky and his assistant went through the boiler thoroughly, as they do on ever tone up. Rocky discovered an issue in two valves that were a result of our spring problem with our well water as it is used for make up water in the boiler. Additionally, Rocky explained how the pressure from the well's pressure tank was related to the boiler pressure. I addressed the problem I was having with the water tank and Rocky wanted to look at it. In looking at the our water system Rocky evaluated the situation and made the appropriate adjustments to equalize the pressure between water tank pressure and boiler pressure. The system was fine tuned the same day.nRocky's Heating has been servicing our boiler since 2012 and he and his teammates will always service our boiler - they're are the best.

I’ve been a customer for two years now. They conducted annual services on my home boiler, and give recommended maintenance. I’ve found their feedback very valuable and would recommend anyone with a boiler to go with Rockys!

This is a fantastic crew. They try walking you thru the easy options before coming to you if they can a tech has always called me first to get more info before just showing up and doing expensive call outs. They have solved 3 issues just over the phone. When they have come to the house they were very professional and knowledgeable. Great Team of people I know they had a wait list for new customers for awhile. Hope everyone gets to use this great team.
