Dirty, inconvenient, and expensive. The owner and employees have all but given up on this business. The “Token Only” machine is always “out of order.” This results in the customer possibly paying more than anticipated. Half of the economy washers and dryers are out of order. Actually, very few washers and dryers are in working order. Many of the small capacity washers are filthy. Your clothes will need to be washed in another washer if using the $4.50 washers. They come out dirtier than when you put them in. Plus, these machines skip the Spin cycle altogether, so the user is left with dirty, drenched clothing.nnIt’s okay if you forgot your detergent, the soap dispensers are clotted with powdered soap and/or oozing liquid detergent. Used dryer sheets, bandaids, wrappers, and discarded foam ear plugs litter the floor. There is an unmasked employee who is working there, but he just collects the coins and scurries back to the safety of his office. I’m not sure how previous ratings were so high. This place is filthy.

Place was clean, easy to operate and understand and there were washers, dryers and soap available. Needed a load done after hours from my regular spot and although this was more expensive, it was worth it.

UPDATE 4/3/21: Warning-Large machines use tokens only but the token-only change machine is and has been out of order. So you need to plan on bringing twice as much money as needed and resign yourself to taking home quarters. Many washers and dryers out of service and once that happens they are never fixed. No one at the desk anymore that I've seen. Must have been a fluke in November.nnUPDATE 11/8/2020: Still a lot of out of order machines but there was someone at the desk and it is the cleanest I've seen it in a while. And the token machines were working. Not sure if it is new ownership or just a positive change.nDrop off service is great! That said, the laundromat itself might have more out of order machines than working. There is never anyone at the desk anymore. Don't think they have an ATM anymore, although a sign says they will take credit and debit cards at the desk (see last sentence). The token machines are frequently out of order, but so are the out of order lights on the machines, so I've seen a lot of frustration. I'm starting to feel that the owner is simply waiting for the last machine to die and then close. Wish there was another laundromat. They would have a lot of customers.

Spent the first 30 minutes trying to get tokens back from a machine that didn’t have an out of order sign on it. All in all I wasted 80$ here. Also 70% of washing machines don’t work. This place is a scam
