The service team is always very friendly!
Carson was great! I searched around for the Colorado with just the right options and found it here. They were able to match other dealer discounts making this a no brainer. Carson was great because I wanted to come down and sign and leave due to the current situation of the world... he was very accommodating and was able to get us in and out in about 2 hours! Customer service was good. The service people were courteous, professional, and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. Considering they had to order the parts from Reno Nevada I brought my truck in on Thursday. They called me that afternoon and gave me a quote on repairing not only the problem parts, but a price to replace the air filter, and windshield wipers. Even though I felt they were a bit on the expensive side, I appreciated the fact that they inspected the entire vehicle. They called me Tuesday morning to tell me the work was complete.nThanks, Gary
Josh, provided such great customer service. I came in to spend ~$90 on an oil change and he said let me see if I can save you a little money. He saw my car had a recall associated with it and it came with an oil change. He said I can save you $90 bucks. Although that's not a lot of money, he won me over, because he went that extra mile to check... Customer Service is not an oxymoron at Lee Johnson Kia... Keep up the great work team!
The included a video of my vehicle with a step by step review of what work was needed with an explanation of why. Then an invoice was sent for me to approve. Very professional. I wish this was a service provided by all mechanics. It ends any question you may have about services needed as you can witness it with your own eyes!
