Worst experience ever… Got our car 3 years and been through tons of auto car wash, but did not got any obvious scratches on our car. We just traveled to Seattle, so need a car wash quickly, and chose this one is the biggest mistake! After the car wash there are scratches - everywhere!! They are dense, Some are deep enough that you can feel the edge by your finger. We are so sad because we made so much effort to keep the coat in good shape, but I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone that wants to take good care of their car.
Our dealership uses this Chevron to gas all of our vehicles. Nice place good car wash.
My favorite place in Bellevue to get a car wash! But sometimes the line can be a minute...probably for good reason I guess. It is nice how they have cheap vacuums to clean out your car and they give you a towel to wipe down the inside while you are going through the car wash. My recommendation is to vacuum out your car first, and while your car is going through the tunnel, wipe down the insides and your car will feel amazing when the experience is over with.
Used to be my favorite since it was a good location for me. But recently they installed new screens on the pumps that blare advertisements at you while you fill up and it just drives me nuts. As if I need more sports and ads shoved down my throat. Now I go out of my way to get gas elsewhere. Sad.
Did not clean my car after observing it and paying pull price for cleaning package..
