Chris and his team are by far the best group I’ve ever had experience with in the real estate field. Professionalism, response time, and everything else about them is on point. I am probably one of the biggest pain in the Burt clients because I ask so many questions but that’s because i want to know what’s going on the whole time. He always answered me in a timely manner, all the while taking care of his beautiful family and other clients. I HIGHLY recommend Chris and his team for the job!!

Hannah and Chris are true godsends in the real estate enterprise! As i travel a lot for work, selling my home and purchasing a new one could have been a total nightmare. However, they were always available for questions, completely understanding, and went above and beyond what any realtor would be expected to do. Their knowledge and connections with local contractors and mortgage agents were outstanding! Even after the closing, Hannah still kept involved and helped me arrange all of my general repair needs. Completely personal and always engaged, they truly cared about my experience and maintained contact well after any agent I have ever worked with! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Working with Chris Ranch has been an incredible experience despite having to sell my house at a very devastating time in my life. He was compassionate and passionate to help me get my house sold. Not just a great real estate agent but an all around great person to work with. His team was always very professional whenever I was in contact with them. The team is incredibly responsive and communicate very well. All I can say is WOW! I would highly recommend choosing Chris as your real estate agent!

Smoothest home sale I’ve been apart of and we were able to make a large profit after only owning the home for 7 months. Chris is very responsive and if you have questions he gets you the answer right away. I would never use anyone else.
