When I applied and was approved they DID NOT tell me that the holding fee is not refundable if I choose not to sign a lease. They tell you after the fact. Horrible way to scam a person who is searching for apartment, out their money. Would not recommend applying here unless you know for sure you're going to move in.

Great Landlord! Goes beyond what is expected. The maintenance guy is very quick and detail oriented while fixing the issue. Apartments are old, but they do there best to keep them up to date

rent was 1615 for a 3 bedroom 1 bath. move out costs 150 dollars for carpet cleaning. i was told by the manager not to worry about it because its usually cheaper for them to do it. my wife and sister spent 2 days cleaning the place but they decided to charge 175 for them to also clean. and they decided to paint for some reason. 3 gallons worth. DO NOT LIVE HERE.nnMary was super great though, she got one fee removed because even she thought we shouldn't have to pay it

Love living here, the manager is great and super helpful and friendly. I love my apartment, had lots of natural light and love that I dont have people above or below me and love our little patio. All over a great place to live

Thank you!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!! Savannah you're amazing, from the first time we came in to the office we felt so welcomed, you made our move so easy for us and I just can't thank you enough. Everytime we needed something fixed, no Matter how big or how small, you along with maintenance made sure it got fixed immediately. We appreciate all that you do for this property. We are proud to call this place our home.
