Such cute apartments!! Plus amazing views! I like the salt water pool too! Staff was great, easy to work with. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

This is half a mile out of town next to a four lane road that people use for racing and trucks drive through daily. Their is an empty field next to it with orchard remnants still there and fields of nothing to the north of it more. Why these people want 1500$ a month for a one bedroom is beyond me. I live in the area and need to move. Nice apartments, but way over priced for the area. For the price they are asking for you can go get a nice apartment directly next to the river and park trail in the center of town and save on gas daily while you do it with equally as good of an apartment (built in the last 8 years).

I toured the Maryhill Apartments through Herring. The complex is so cute AND they're pet friendly. Wenatchee needs more of those. The pool looked nice and fresh. They had me at internet and cable included. Can't wait to move in, signing a lease today!
