Great, my grandma lives there. Assistant Manager Kelsey is super nice, professional, accommodating and patient! I think the prices are fair, we like the washer/dryer hook up units w Nakada nature park next door. Homeless people in cars in front of the apartments are a growing concern, other then that golden!

Please do not rent here. They will try to collect on funds after you pay them in full, and send collections after you even if you can prove you paid. I thought it was a nice place but it’s really not.

DO NOT LIVE HERE, Its gang central with stabbings and shootings. Maintenance will show up to fix something and it will break again in a week. Management is a joke and they have zero customer service skills. They'll tell you they dont have time for you....WHAT????? They just increased the rents by $400 which is just being greedy. You put yourself in danger everytime you walk outside and if you stay inside then you have to listen to neighbors fighting every night. Do your self a favor and live somewhere else.

Took them over Three months to Replace the Mail boxes here after someone tried to break into them. Very Dated in the inside. All they do is clean and Paint nothing else. Late night Party's and People fighting at night. No Background checks here. They let in Gang Members all the time.

Been calling there for two months... Got them to answer once and they stated they did not have time for a couple quick questions regarding the community. Got a hold of them today, same thing... Did not have time. MAKE the time and TAKE the time. That's part of customer service. Very disappointing.
