WE will see the old magenment is out an. New ones are in so be fair and see how they do with covid19 going on and all it is hard to say anything bad or good

There is a HUGE RAT problem at the dumpster and near the dumpster at Village court. At night there are about 20 big rats that run all through the area. There is only one rat trap and it is no where near the problem. Management has been notified and has yet to fix the problem as it gets worse. With the construction going on we have to walk through the rats to get to our homes.

This place is a complete heap of garbage and it's ran by people that don't communicate amongst themselves so you never get the same answer from any of them. Our car was stolen 3 times and towed 3 times. Mine was towed from an unmarked visitor spot as you can see from the pics none are marked. They have construction going on that was suppose to be finished by the end of last year. Then they wanted to raise our rent with everything else so we got out of there but had to move our things through all the construction and the stairs that had a pole and drain pipe right in the middle. DON'T MOVE IN HERE! THEY ARE HEARTLESS AND THE TOWING COMPANY ARE SAVAGES! I added 20 photos that aren't showing up just fyi

If you like paying top dollar for a moldy apartment where the parking lot is a garbage dump filled with shady drug addicts and criminal activity 24/7 this place is for you! I would give it no stars if I could. Management is terrible and living here is a nightmare...
