The response time for my ride was way shorter than Uber! They were gentle when they handcuffed me. The roominess in the police car was reasonable. They even escorted me to my court date! The food at their vacation property wasn’t really what I expected, but it was edible none the less! All around decent staff. Hope this review helps!

When no one else would, they came and helped save a hurt and starving cat. After I called six different animal rescues and animal controls. None would come help this cat

I was involved in a 4 car pileup. Officer Tress responded. He went out of his way to file a comprehensive report for us to use in our insurance filings. Since I don't live in Albany, officer Tress went above and beyond my expectations by offering to scan and email the report to me rather than having me drive back to the station to get it.
