Corvallis Police-Investigative

Professional and kind individuals. They do what they can to deal with situations in a calm and timely manner. From what I have seen, this is a police force to be proud of.

Called to report a theft from my vehicle. Was told they would not be sending anybody out to investigate. They obviously don't care about catching criminals.

I am not American but these are the worst cops I have ever experienced in my life. In any other country what they are doing will have consequences. The police should serve and protect the public. Not bully the public by harassing them and following them, and looking for any little traffic violation to give them a ticket. (Not stopping long enough at the stop sign? Really? Apparently 3 mississippi’s is not enough) Where is your freedom if this is happening and it’s okay? I got a ticket for running a red light, but it just turned yellow when I went through. I have an emergency and can’t go to my trial but I am found guilty for something that I didn't do and have to pay more than $1000? AND have my license suspended. This is not living. STOP HARASSING COLLEGE KIDS. This is THE WORST police department in the entire world, and trust me I have travelled the world and spoken to a lot of great officers. You need to realize that this is the reputation of Corvallis, Oregon, and America that you are upholding. If you need to harass people to get a paycheck then lol. So glad I am leaving Corvallis.

Be treated rudely and offensively. The worst service I've seen in town.

Submitted a report to the Corvallis PD months ago regarding theft that continuously happened at my house, never heard back from them. I wouldn't trust them to do anything beyond clean up car accidents.
