Our water heater quit working and we had guests staying with us. Once again Stutzman Services came to our rescue! The technician Doug was professional and helpful. He had the parts needed and quickly made the repair. It was a relief! Doug, Kent and all of the staff who have done work for us are top notch! They are my go-to plumbing company and I highly recommend them!

Excellent service throughout. Timely, good communication and good explanations from office staff, estimator, and plumbers. All communication was pleasant and straightforward. The job was not what was originally planned as the water line took a different route than what was originally expected. The plumbers adjusted and came up with a new plan. Site was left in a tidy condition.

Imagine a plumbing company that sends out a plumber within an hour of your call. Think that sounds crazy? Think again. We called Stutzman Services for a plumbing issue and the girl on the phone said she had a guy close by and he'd be right over. They send a text message confirming their Tech is on the way and include his/her photo. In our case they had to order a part, which came in the next day and they immediately sent another guy over install it. We could hardly believe it. Another respected plumbing company had said they were booked out nearly a month, so that made Stutzman's performance that much more impressive.nBRAVO !!!

My technicians were on-site on-time to the minute, only requiring a 15-minute window to begin with, so I was impressed from the start. both technicians were very friendly and very professional. They kept me informed with what was going on and completed the work quickly with no issues. Overall, a very good experience! I will definitely use Stutzman again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly. Very quick. Took care of the pipe leak in our wall right away. Was an after hours call. Price was reasonable considering it was a night on the weekend.
