Called and scheduled with these guys for a week out. They called the day before the appointment to reschedule another week out because they double booked. When they finally got here two weeks later (which wasn't that big of a deal cause it wasn't an emergency) the guys shows up today with no mask. I kindly asked them if he had a mask and the one guy (portly guy with blond goatee) just goes off on how it took him an hour to find our house, he doesn't believe in wearing a mask, and will not get one even though the guy he was with offered to put one on.nnHe was very rude and continued to rant about how I just wasted his time and they left. I was totally shocked, just stood there and listened as they got back in their truck.nnI asked nicely but they were extremely rude. We have an at-risk child and their lack of consideration was astounding. I would not trust these people in my house.nnWe just got done renovating a house last month, had about half a dozen contractors at the house, none of whom had a problem with wearing a mask. 7 months into the pandemic and I can't believe this is an issue :(
