Waited 1 1/2 for service and when the day finally came, I needed to call them because the plumber did not show up. Needed to leave a message because no one answered the phone and call again when no one called me back. Was informed they could not give me a new ETA. Decided to educate myself and fix the problem. Seems there is room for at least one more plumbing company in our area. Maybe I will start a new career.

We had quite an involved third party whole house water filtration system installed in our home. Albin's did an excellent outstanding awesome job in every way. They worked with the third party vendor to get questions answered, they installed it perfectly according to the diagrams provided by the vendor and the whole system is working beautifully. They were a delight to work with as well by being patient with my questions and helping me process/make major ; ) decisions like where would be the best place to locate the filtered water faucet on my sink and all the pros and cons of all the choices around that. They were wonderful to say the least. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

They came out to fix two clogged drains and decided the traps were the problem and also said it sounded like one of them needed snaked; I agreed.nn$600 later and one sink is still clogged. They didn't test their work before they hurried off and never snaked it. To top it off they left water inside the vanity, causing damage to it.nnThey took it upon themselves to unhook the ice maker because it was leaking under the house and didn't hook it back up once they were done in order for us to use it until repaired. It caused unnecessary pressure to get it fixed quickly due to having kids in school and sports which require many water bottles to be filled on a daily basis.nnWhen called to resolve the issue the Albin employee said some problems just can't be fixed, but a manager would call back; haven't heard from a manager and it's been weeks.nnNot a competent plumbing company if they can't resolve a simple clogged sink.nnWould not recommend.nnUpdate:nSpent an additional $100+ on another plumbing company who snaked the drain and it's been working fine for a couple of weeks. Update: Sink has now been draining fine for months thanks to the other plumbing company.

Hazen from Albin's Plumbing fixed a leak on 9/19/2017 caused by a deteriorated wax ring under the toilet. He arrived on time. He was professional, expedient, and left the space clean. I appreciate the great work. That was easy and now I can go about my life.

Albin's consistently overcharges. Last visit, plumber showed after 8:30 for an 8:30 appointment. I was charged starting at 8:00am and ending at 10:00am. Albin's is about 10 minutes away and they charged me two hours for 1.25 hours of labor: 8:30 to 9:45. Rest, evidently was for travel time. I've never heard of being charged travel both ways. Got call back from owner and they dropped $24 (.25 hrs) off billing. I'm sorta happy with that but still feel I was charged too much i.e. travel time after completion of job.
