The guys were very professional, and finished the job quick, wore masks as requested, and even took their shoes off when they came in the house. They provided multiple quotes and detailed the services that each quote represented, with zero pressure to pick any particular one. After they were done with the washer hookups, one of the guys asked if this was my first home. Since it is, he gave me some pointers that would help me out in the future. Over all a great experience, I would highly recommend their services.

We had our water heater go out over night. Linn-Benton was able to come the same day I called and install a new one within a couple hours. They thoroughly explained everything and displayed excellent customer service. I would most definitely recommend them!

In short order we were able to coordinate a time for the plumber less than three hours from the time I called. The representative was extremely thorough in describing the process moving forward that included a text message to confirm the appointment and a message to notify me when the plumber was nearing our home.nAs it turned out, the plumbers (Jon and Donny) called to ask if it would be okay to come a little earlier than planned. This was perfect! From the moment both gentlemen entered our property, including putting on protective foot covers when entering the house and wearing masks that covered both their nose and mouth the entire time, the professionalism and quality of craftsmanship was as high as you can expect from any human! The service included removing the old water heater and an old unused pipefitting, and installing the new water heater.
