Seriously, im upset. Maybe other people have had a better time here but its been 10 days since I dropped off one jacket to be cleaned. So far, everytime I call they ether dont know where my jacket is, the zipper has been torn off by the cleaning machine and needs to be repaired or they don't know when ill be able to pick it up. I spent a lot of money on that jacket and now its in limbo.. in the hands of some company that literally has no idea what they are doing. I wouldn't go here again and I wish I had read the reviews before I did.nnI'll update when I get my jacket back. You spoke with my husband, which you know, and yes that is the correct jacket. If you guys would have called even one time for an update instead of me having to call over and over to speak to a different employee everytime, with no knowledge of whats going on or ever getting back to me, I wouldn't have left this review. Im sorry you are upset that people care about their items, but nobody updated me at any point. Everything you told my HUSBAND was news to us, so thats appreciated. A little less sass would have been nice. For future reference, if you'd like to remain professional, call before the review. Its been 10 days. Clean, well taken care of. Another Mega 60 pound washer would be great. Washing sleeping bags and quilts.
