Not sure about other services but after getting a perm with Ben, I had to cut my hair as it was damaged beyond repair. I've been doing perm for years and I also swim so I understand that there will be damaged but never to the extend that was done by Ben. It was quite obvious to me that he does not know much about hair as he insisted that I should leave conditioner on my hair and not rinse it off. Stay away!
Love my haircut, thought I was going to suffer from bad haircuts for a summer but Ben did a great job!
Nails are always done here and always so elegant and she is so talented!
