Always excellent. Tremendous value for the area. Sandy takes exceptional care in cleanliness and safety in covid-19 times. The air is filtered as well. The haircuts are always exactly what I want and expect and she does a great job in checking in with you as she goes.

Sandy has been cutting my hair about 2 years now. Very personable and always a great cut. I've got semi curly hair which isn't easy. Price is untouchable on the eastside area also. Easy no charge parking and quick access. We're moving soon. We're gonna miss her.nKihm and Kim

My favorite salon. Very friendly and she understands exactly what I want every time. I keep my hair long with no layers and although I know layers will look better on me and she will make it look amazing, I just prefer it straight across. I had a coupon in the mail for a dirt-cheap Great Clips haircut recently and the line there at Great Clips was an hour and a half wait. I came back to Shears & Clips and waited only a few minutes!

Good haircut, not expensive, friendly. Usually very quick. Convenient location if you're in downtown Bellevue.
