I enjoy coming to this spa so much. It’s always such a relaxing visit. I come out feeling like a new person. My massage therapist Dani, was really wonderful and I can’t wait to book another appointment. Thank you for doing such a great job.

I have loved every visit at this spa. It's a beautiful place and I am never disappointed no matter what treatment I get. The staff are really great. Skilled and calming. Even with the pools and saunas closed, it was a lovely experience. I always walk out feeling so relaxed and peaceful.

I went there late which I understand is my fault but the costumer service was very rude and focused on making sure I paid full price even though I didn’t use any service. I have never come across such rudeness and inconsideration in customer service for a business that’s based on customer care they have a lot to learn. Over all worst experience ever. I would not have reviewed this place if they had the slightest courtesy to talk to me in a respectful manner. There was no attempt to help what so ever simply focused on getting payments and sending people away. I had to argue to pay only the penalty of 125 they attempted to corner me to pay full price which was unbelievable.nAs to the response my issue was never with paying the penalty fee that I agreed to pay in the first place I never had an issue with the penalty what I had a problem with was when they tried to charge me full price. We also didn’t have a problem with the forms and covid precautions if anything we were very appreciative. What we didn’t appreciate was the rude customer service and I can see from prior reviews that this has been an issue for others I believe you have a decent looking place so if you worked on customer service then you should be able to be one of the top rated spas. Also we wouldn’t have been that late if when we called for directions the person on the other end of the phone didn’t keep on telling us,”well if you put the address on google map it should bring you right up.” I go for a massage pretty frequently to other places and customer service has been very professional . I hope you take this into constructive criticism and do better.

Very clean and pleasant people that work there. I love my facials. They know what they are doing. They care!

I have always loved this spa! They made it through the pandemic closure, have taken every precaution when reopening to have a safe environment amidst COVID for both their clients and staff. Services are amazing as always!
