Enjoyed the Players Club promotional rate. Check in staff are great; professional, friendly and very accommodating. Room151, was in older section of hotel. Enjoyed dining at their hotel grill. Staff again, was professional, friendly and very accommodating. Food was good and reasonably priced. Also enjoyed room service, provided by hotel grill and very satisfied. Now for the negatives: Bathroom floor was dirty; looked like someone had walked in there with muddy shoes. Shower curtain liner was too short. The bottom of the liner didn't quite touch the top of the tub, so water leaked on floor. On the plus side, the shower water pressure was good. The toilet was not working properly. Sometimes it would flush fine, but other times, not so much. Overall, it was a good experience for the money spent, and hopefully, the bathroom issues will be addressed.

Exquisitely a good vacation this was for me, my kids, and parents. Its was my girls first time getting to go the beach. Very luxurious views and adventurous sites all over. The time we spent there was very memorable that will last a lifetime. I got to admit it brought tears of happiness seeing my little girls enjoying the beach. Well thats where we spent most of our time while my parents enjoyed the casino. They didn't win big but they had a blast gambling. I highly recommend this place.

Completely different place since they reopened. I used to have fun here, rarely went home ahead but had fun. What they are doing now is hard to express, but if your around ask a cab driver how people feel when they leave. They'll give you the truth.

I rated 3 due to friendly staff. The view was fantastic, but..... Furniture was very worn. Stains on the carpet. Mattress was shot. There was a ridge down the middle and you could feel metal. Had to call maintenance to unstop the shower drain. Was standing in ankle deep water. Made us wonder how it was cleaned. They did fix the drain quickly. We won't be back until a remodel.

The room was marketed as non-smoking. Apparently they all used to be smoking and are “now” non-smoking rooms. We were not advised. The first room we were in was terrible with smoke smell. They kindly gave us another room. After a long cold evening we returned to our room to find our heater doesn’t work. Maintenance came and fixed it. It’s 11:40 at night and I still am struggling with mild asthma irritation due to smoke smell, and the door isn’t sealed and I can see light into the hallway. Lastly, the rooms have doors that go to the next room, the seal is so thin that without trying and with the TV on, I can hear full conversations my neighbors are having.
