Baines came out the same day I called. I thought I just had a broken valve, but had frozen pipes too.ud83dude15 Garret was great and very patient and kind. I still have to call Bain's back out to fix the valve (after my pipes thaw out), and I look forward to doing business with them, when I get my metal pipes chsnged out to the newer plastic color coded pipes.

They never show up when they say they will and are very condescending towards customers
