This place has gone down hill sense we move in 3 years ago. It is really trashy, garbage cans are always overflowing. It says washer and dryer’s but they are gone. There is some in apartments, but if the amenities say there’s washers and dryer’s it should be available to everybody. the management or the owners do not follow there own rules. Lease says no smoking on the decks, plus there is letters sent out people still do. I wish something could be done about this or maybe I won’t resign a new lease.nDo not rent here!!!!

Since this apartment has changed management we have not had issues so far seems like they are putting effort into it I hope it continues.

Absolutey hate it here the air doesnt work. Maintenance says they fixed it and it is completely unlivable. Can not wait to move.

They never answer the phone here they have the worst customer service

I've been trying to get ahold of management for a year by phone due to I moved out because of roommate situations and hating it there and they expect me to pay this final bill cause I'm the only one in Utah still ha I have my lawyers see yall in court
